Relationship & Marriage Counseling

For couples who have run into emotional trouble or want to make sure their relationship continues to develop in a healthy direction, relationship counseling is highly valuable.  Relationships should provide both partners with a sense of happiness and fulfillment, but can often end up in fighting and hurt feelings.  Total Health & Wellness Associates therapists work with couples to help improve communication and safely work through challenges, as well as provide a healthy platform to help build a solid foundation for futhering relationship growth.

There is no reason to wait for problems to boil over before seeking professional assistance.  The greatest sources of conflict often develop at the beginning of the relationship, but they don't become apparent until it's causing significant distress.  Total Health & Wellness Associates therapists can help couples to communicate positively, learn to set and respect boundaries, while feeling respected, honored, and valued.

Women's Trauma Support Circle

This group is for women and femme identifying individuals who have survived traumatic experiences.  Group members will have an opportunity to connect with other survivors, give and receive support, and learn valuable skills for managing the symptoms of trauma.
