Full Job Description

We are seeking full- and part-time therapists who are self-motivated, integrative, creative, collaborative, and professional. We are seeking therapists with specialty training in working with children/adolescents and families and welcome therapists trained in a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

 

Qualifications

  • US work authorized (required)
  • Master’s Degree (required)
  • Limited or fully licensed psychotherapist (required)
  • Have 3-years of psychotherapy experience (preferred)
  • Experience and interest working with children, adolescents experiencing stress, anxiety, depression,
    trauma, gender identity issues, health concerns, behavioral difficulties/defiance.
  • Strong character – respect, integrity, honesty, adaptability, creativity, time management skills.
  • An ethical foundation to do no harm, to always ask questions, to appreciate what you do not know, and ask for help.
  • Be trained in and have a strong interest to work with clients through a holistic and integrative lens.
  • Be trained in and utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches (e.g., DBT, ACT, CBT, tf-CBT, EMDR, etc).
  • Commit to at least 2-years employment.


Compensation
Compensated for services rendered within a fee split model. Fee split depending on level of education and experience, as well as part- or full-time status.

  • Full-time therapists maintain full-time caseloads of at least 20 client sessions a week.
  • Part-time therapists maintain part-time caseloads of at least 12 client sessions a week

Responsibilities:

  • Set and maintain your own schedule of clients.
  • Meet with assigned clients during scheduled times in-person and virtually, as well as deliver an exceptional therapeutic experience.
  • Commit to follow practice policy of same day progress note completion.
  • Attend bimonthly team meetings/consultations
  • Maintain client management, scheduling expectations, cancellation policies, best practices for communication, and respond to all client and internal colleague communication professionally and timely

Full Job Description

We are seeking full- and part-time individuals to hold at least 50% caseload of pre-bariatric psychological assessments, feedback, and therapy, as well as the remainder percentage of their caseload to consist of iindividual psychotherapy. We are seeking assessors/psychotherapists who are self-motivated, time efficient,
collaborative, and professional. A strong candidate would have experience working within weight management mental health services, as well as have experience conducting and writing psychological assessments.

  • Limited or fully licensed psychotherapist (required)
  • Have 3-years of experience working within weight management related field (required)
  • Have 3-years of psychotherapy experience (preferred)
  • Have experience with administering, interpreting, and writing psychological assessment (required)
