It is a way of being! Our Team members join us with the intention establishing professional roots and growing as professionals, while serving their clientele with compassion, curiosity, and an openness that allows for deep healing of the entire human being. Resources for learning, and healing, are all available via the expertise of the Team-as-a-Whole.

Who We Are:

Our Team consists of mental health professionals from all disciplines, naturopathic doctors, reiki healers, yoga therapists, massage therapists, registered dietitians, and nutrition educators. Our Team delivers holistic, collaborative, integrative health care throughout Michigan via Telehealth/Video and Hybrid methods, along with doing so in-person at state of the art facilities in Farmington Hills, Rochester Hills, & Flint. While being spread across these settings, our Team members get to know one another well, and support one another to "walk the talk." We stress the importance of work life balance, while valuing ourselves as professionals.

We are recruiting in particular for those mental health students and professionals who work with children, adolescents, families, and couples. Additionally, we are seeking those who conduct psychological and nueropyschological assessments.

• Compensation - Clinicians working with us tend to make higher salaries than in other settings due to a variety of factors including that our practice is a designated CMS Center of Excellence, we are a part of a Physician Group Incentive Program (PGIP), and our compensation is based on reimbursement rates that are higher than many practices with uplifts that occur as result of our excellence and involvement in the quality programs described above.
• Every effort is made to collect all monies due from insurance claims, deductibles, copays, and coinsurance. 
• Team members are paid on the 1st and 15th of every month via direct deposit.
